On an internet ruled by traffic and surveillance, Lezismore has consistently chosen not to court algorithms, not to sell personal data, and not to live mainly on advertising. That refusal keeps this ecospace free — and it also keeps it short of water.

How much anyone gives does not affect our autonomy.
Lezismore's operating culture, how content is presented, how reports are reviewed, and how the community judges — none of it is influenced by donors.
We will not treat your support as a promissory note waiting to be redeemed.
Lezismore does not owe you anything for it, and you do not thereby buy a Lezismore that has to match what you imagined.
This ecospace needs resources, but it cannot be bought or bound by them.
That is also why giving matters so much: how many bubbles choose to support us shapes how firmly we can stand.

This level records only the moment it was last checked; it does not reach back into earlier years. Every inflow, year by year, is kept in the register of supporters, open to compare.
We check actual monthly spending once a month. Over all these years, the work above the "invoice" line has never become a "number" or a "price."
The water has yet to fill the invoice band.
Resources are not neutral. Wherever the money comes from, that is where the relationships grow from.
Advertising shapes a place in its own image; traffic brings a culture of its own.
Giving, too, brings expectation, reciprocation, gratitude, visibility, and one round of persuasion after another. (And the reverse of all that: disappointment, silence, resentment, neglect, and one round of discouragement after another.)
So Lezismore cannot easily survive by looking like an ordinary donation page.
There is anonymity here, and the erotic; there is coming close, misreading, pulling back, and recognizing again.
There are also things that cannot be brought into the light and traded for approval.
So we keep looking for a way to take on water — one that must keep this ecospace alive, while pushing it as little as possible toward pleasing the source.
Most people think of hosting costs first. True — servers do cost money.
But if hosting were all it took, would anyone who threw a few hundred dollars a month at a server automatically grow a Lezismore?
No. A server only puts the pages somewhere; technology is only a "tool."
What actually gets used up here is someone who, over years, understands the register here, the risks, the relationships, the boundaries, the legal shadows — and who makes a judgment every single time about whether to step in, whether to speak, whether to change the design.
Those judgments still cannot appear directly on any invoice. Yet they are the reason this ecospace has not fallen apart.
We know that people who support a place also need to feel connected to it. That is natural.
But Lezismore cannot turn support into a badge that shines too brightly.
In an ecospace that holds anonymity, the erotic, and misreading, certain honors, once worn, become more than gestures of thanks.
They can become projection, social capital, a shortcut by which others judge you (or misjudge you); they can also become a halo above your own head as you approach someone else.
So Lezismore keeps "support" a little quieter: there is gratitude, there is connection, but it does not become a medal people measure against one another.
We are trying out Fading Chat, a subscription inside the community.
Messages disappear automatically after 60 days. It also brings new governance risks. It is not a product "feature," still less a "matching system." It is not a perfect answer, and it is not a magic room that guarantees you will meet anyone.
It is more like a waterway: a place that is easier to enter and easier to leave, for people who need to come close in real time — and a way for this ecospace to keep living without selling or sacrificing anything more.
Every gift is a drop of water entering this place.

Where personal data is involved, entries are anonymized as a rule.
